How Analyze was Used
“For all patients in whom both an interictal SPECT scan and a brain MRI were available (37 of the 99mTc-HMPAO patients and 45 of the 99mTc-ECD patients) subtraction ictal SPECT coregistered to MRI (SISCOM) images (fig 1) were constructed on an off line Unix based workstation with the aid of commercial image analysis software packages [O’Brien et al. 1998] (ANALYZE 7.5 and Analyze/AVW …) and with the use of a chamfer distance based surface matching technique [Jiang et al. 1992].”
