How Analyze was Used
“Post-scanning, samples were reconstructed three-dimensionally using Caliper Analyze software to remove non-bony tissues such as muscles. The reconstructed images were further analyzed using the Measure module in Caliper Analyze to determine bone density and various morphometric parameters such as bone surface area, volume, bone volume fraction (BV/TV), trabecular number, trabecular separation, and trabecular thickness.”
