How Analyze was Used
“The resulting masks were manually refined and, separately, old stroke lesions and the index (i.e., which had led to patient entry to the study) stroke lesion boundaries were semi-automatically outlined on FLAIR images using the “Region of Interest” tool of Analyze 11.0TM (AnalyzeDirect, KS).”
