How Analyze was Used
“Manual segmentation of the rostral midbrain was performed using commercial software Analyze 11.0 (AnalyzeDirect, Overland Park, KS). The signal intensity of the NM-MRI image was normalized relative to the normal-appearing white matter at the level of the midbrain, excluding the predefined rostral midbrain regions of interest (ROIs).”
