How Analyze was Used
“The MRI (MPRAGE) was co-registered to the baseline PET image. All volume of interest (VOI) were drawn on the MPRAGE image using Vidi or Analyze program (AnalyzeDirect Inc., Overland Park, KS). Three-dimensional VOIs were transformed to the PET space and then overlaid on all reconstructed PET images to obtain TACs.”
